To ensure a smooth process for all parties, please review our cancellation and reschedule policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session. This allows us to allocate resources effectively and offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a charge of 50% of the session fee will apply. This fee will be automatically deducted from your next payment or invoiced separately. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notification will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps us maintain fairness and availability for all clients. Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments when necessary. All rescheduling requests must also comply with the 24-hour notice requirement to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds: Fees for cancellations made with proper notice (24 hours in advance) will not incur any charges and will be refunded if applicable.
